**The Opportunity**:
A Room Leader will provide a high quality educational program in a fun, safe, warm and positive environment. For the right applicants they may also have the opportunity to act as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high quality early childhood education and care to children and their families. The right person will also be required to be flexible in their full time working hours and be able to share the role of opening and closing of the Centre.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Relevant Qualifications as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA)
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- National Quality Standards is essential
- Experience in leadership and mentoring skills
- You must hold a current, First Aid certificate, WWCC, up to date immunisation and Police Clearance

**Salary**: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
