Medical Receptionist

We successfully run Medical & Dental clinics across multiple locations in the Mornington Peninsula & Western Port region. We are currently recruiting a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team.

Key Selection criteria include:

- STRONG experience in medical practice reception/administration
- Best Practice Software experience ideal but is not a requirement
- Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team or alone;
- General desire to assist our patients, co-workers and Medical Professionals;
- Possess firm work ethic and reliability;
- Availability to work across all Advantage sites - Hastings, Tooradin, Rosebud, Mt Eliza and
- Flexibility to cover leave at various sites
- Reception shifts weekdays and weekends include open and/or close of Practice
