**About the role**
- We are thrilled to announce that we are looking for a dedicated Lead - Warehouse & Distribution to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team committed to meeting customer supply needs safely, reliably, and efficiently.
- You’ll collaborate closely with carriers, planning, manufacturing, business management, and commercial teams, all while focusing on operational excellence. Our goal is to become the trusted partner of choice for our customers.

**What you will be doing**
- Support the delivery of Business Management and Supply Chain strategy within the region;
- Collaborate with planning to monitor and adjust to market demand requirements;
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance, driving best practices;
- Identify and execute opportunities to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction;
- Manage third-party storage of Orica materials with formalized supplier management processes;
- Oversee relationships with carriers, focusing on contract adherence and cost mitigation;
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring alignment with performance goals and succession planning.

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience, understanding the end-to-end process from manufacture to blasting;
- At least 3 years in leadership roles, demonstrating strong leadership and teamwork capabilities;
- Proven business intellect, financial acumen, and achievement orientation;
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills;
- Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP or similar systems, and sound analytical abilities;
- Resilience, flexibility, and the courage to make thoughtful, considered decisions.
