THE ROLE

Are you ready to take on a new challenge and extra responsibilities? This newly created 2IC role will support the store manager with the overall running of the store and assist with leading their team and store to success

Some of the responsibilities include:

- Assisting the Store Manager with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition standards
- Assist the Store Manager with banking procedures
- Merchandising and stock management, including liaising with suppliers
- Supporting your team and company to meet KPI's
- Assist and support with weekly and monthly goal setting Perform other duties as requested by the Store Manager
