A great opportunity exists for a part-time role in a busy inbound call centre at Banyo.

If you're a law, business, or marketing student, this opportunity is your foot in the door to a thriving professional journey. At Concrete Taxi, we offer diverse projects tailored to leverage your education, providing hands-on experience and invaluable insights. Embark on a dynamic journey, where your classroom knowledge meets real-world projects.

Computer experience required, along with high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Small team environment in concrete supply company.

Full training provided but must be flexible in hours in order cover sick days and holidays from the existing team.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Service
- General Administration
- Inbound and Outbound calls to gather information and answer queries.
- Analysing and interpreting information to make decisions.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry skills - the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Must be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Sound computer knowledge
- An ability to firstly quote, then convert into sales.
- Must be enthusiastic, have a great telephone manner, and a can-do attitude.
- Availability to commence with mínimal notice.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banyo, QLD 4014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
