From corporate retreats to weddings and private celebrations, we curate extraordinary events that blend the magic of nature with the indulgence of modern amenities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Owner in planning, coordinating, and executing glamping events, ensuring all logístical aspects are meticulously handled.
- Set up and pack down of glamping & picnic bookings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and aesthetics.
- Interact with guests, providing exceptional customer service and attending to their needs to ensure a seamless and delightful experience.
- Manage event check-ins, assist with guest inquiries, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during events.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all event components, from catering to entertainment, align with the event's theme and requirements.
- Assist in creating and styling each glamping package custom designed for each guest.
- Help with event marketing and promotional efforts, both online and offline, to attract a diverse range of clientele.
- Participate in post-event debriefs to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Enthusiasm for the outdoors and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Physically fit as there is a large amount of lifting and bending involved.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible schedule, as events will require work most weekends and the occasional evening.
