We are seeking an experienced Informatica Lead to join our client in Sydney.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement ETL processes using Informatica IICS/PowerCenter
- Develop and maintain batch and Unix scripts for ETL processes
- Work closely with the business and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ETL development
- Participate in code reviews and testing
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ETL processes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Informatica tools (IICS/PowerCenter)
- Minimum 1-year experience in IICS (CDI/CAI)
- Strong work experience in batch and Unix scripting
- Good exposure to SQL/T-SQL
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (Control-M)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers
