**The opportunity**
Due to the ongoing growth in our Sydney office, we are looking for someone to join us and become an integral part of a close-working, high performing National Design team.
The Design studio's focus is on the design and documentation of a range of landscape architecture and urban design projects including public open space, parks, new communities, urban regeneration, retail, education, commercial and town centres. The role will suit someone who is keen to further develop their career in a friendly and supportive, fast paced, busy and diverse environment.
As the **Revit technical consultant,** you will drive the 3D CAD work of the Sydney Design team as well as other interstate Urbis studios.
**You will**:
Have a strong creative design passion and qualifications in Landscape Architecture from an AILA accredited course. Your core strengths will include:
- Clear understanding of landscape architecture principles.
- Ability to develop and document landscape architecture principles.
- Problem solving and objective decision making; and a
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
- Develop hand-drawn designs (by others) into accurate, worked-up plan outputs under guidance from the design team
- Undertake drawing document control on all Revit and BIM Design projects
- Produce AutoCAD files and graphic (Adobe Creative Suite and Sketchup) formats as needed for use by the design team
**About you**:
- A professional with approximately 2 -5 years relevant experience
- Have strong AutoCAD, Revit / BIM technical skills
- Able to produce high quality output, within timeframes and budget
- Able to build productive internal client relationships and take responsibility for client satisfaction and outcomes
- Demonstrate strong personal and design management skills
- Previous experience in a landscape architectural firm would be an advantage
