**About the Role**

Arcare is looking for State Manager Client Services that will work closely with the Marketing team, Regional Relationship Managers, Residential Operations team, Finance team and Call Center employees to achieve shared goals. Managing and supporting the Client Service Managers to achieve shared goals is key to success in this role.

The State Client Service Manager may also assist with liaising with potential clients and families, attending to enquiries, conducting tours, explaining the costs associated with entry to aged care and generally ensuring clients enjoy a welcoming experience and a comfortable transition in to the residence. In addition, the State Client Service Manager is accountable for achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales, whilst providing support and assistance to the State Operations Manager.

**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in a Sales (and/or) Customer Service position
- Previous Business Development experience (desirable)
- Ability to relate to the ageing clients and families at a stressful time
- Demonstrate a genuine caring attitude towards clients and families
- Must be solution focused
- Ability to build effective relationships with relevant key referral agencies such as hospitals and placement agencies
- Current NDIS Clearance and Statutory Declaration
- Current Drivers Licence
