We are offering exciting career opportunity for a Shop Manager to be a part of our established Garden Centre in Glenhaven on a FULL-TIME basis

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Shop Manager position offers a varied and exciting opportunity to lead a team of cashiers, sales staff and other team members.

About you:

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail management leading teams and a strong belief in delivering customer service excellence. You will be a high achiever with a passion that will motivate and inspire your team, along with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships. Your enthusiasm and reliability will be the key to your success.

This is a full-time position where the successful individual will typically see themselves rostered on one day of the weekend. It also includes a limited number of public holidays per annum to be worked.

This active hands-on role requires a motivated, personable and self-driven individual to lead a great team in a pleasant nursery setting.
