**Description**:
Based in Adelaide, the Production Lead will be part of the core team that will ramp up the Adelaide assembly/manufacturing facility and that will execute the transition to the next generation of Mavericks.

This position for 5B Maverick assembly, could evolve into Production Manager as volumes grow.

**Core Accountabilities**:
Supervise the assembly of MAV with a focus on safety, quality and productivity
Report on Daily Productivity including Inventory, Scrap and Material Usage
Create a positive, productive and safe working environment
Provide coaching and support to Team Leaders
Manage a large team of collaborators on the shopfloor (communication, training, performance management)

Are you the Allstar we are searching for?

Degree or certification in mechanical engineering or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar role
Experience managing complex projects and working collaboratively with stakeholders
