This role is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. This will be achieved by organising, directing, and ensuring all products are up to date and available. Overall, the key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the warehouse manager with any duties required
- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Solve and streamline warehouse processes and utilisation
- Use of inhouse ERP system
- Communicate within the different departments to ensure all aspects of the clients experience is positive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and team members
- Ensure company systems and procedures are followed and continuously improved

To be successful:

- Warehouse experience is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and consistent
- Has a valid forklift license
- Use of an ERP system is highly desirable
- Current drivers license
