This role is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal. This will be achieved by supervising, organising, directing, and ensuring all products are up to date and available.Overall, the key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Be the main point of contact to solve and streamline warehouse processes and utilisation
- Use of Inhouse ERP system
- Communicate within the different departments to ensure all aspects of the clients experience is positive
- Give duties to the assistant manager
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and team members
- Weekly catch up with operations manager to discuss the weekly reports and sales goals
- Ensure company systems and procedures are followed and continuously improved

To be successful:

- Warehouse supervisory experience is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Proven track record in successfully leading a team
- A valid forklift license
- Use of a Warehouse system
- Current drivers license
