- The Expert 360 Design & Analysis Principal Consultant will be responsible for contributing to development of the capability and customer solutions as well as execution of them within a customer organisation in the Sydney region. You will assist in determining each client’s needs and expectations, identifying critical aspects of the project that must be included, developing the solution, and helping to implement the plan into their operations.
- A key objective of this role is to assist the head of Design and Analysis (D&A) with the development of the Expert 360 Design & Analysis Practice. This involves assisting with the development of the strategy, methodology, tools and templates, followed by learning how to employ and deliver such methods & products to our clients.
- Expert 360 D&A Principal Consultants within the Design & Analysis Practice can expect to mentor and guide more junior consultants as needed.
- Our Business Analysts work with clients from ideation to deployment.
- The E360 D&A Principal Consultant will be expected to take on a more senior role within the team, including team leadership in the Sydney Region.**Key skills required**:

- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- You will have an understanding of waterfall and agile frameworks
- Experience in consulting and providing business solutions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel (up to 50%)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Tertiary qualifications in a business management discipline or relevant bachelor’s degree (desirable)
