**The Position**:
We are currently seeking a person who enjoys:

- Working independently in a factory/warehouse environment
- Using modern technology, as well as traditional woodworking and craftsmanship skills
- Warehouse logistics

This position will support two functions in our business through:
1. The manufacture of specialised plywood for the packaging industry. Responsibilities will include:

- Operation of machinery (press machinery and digital cutting machine);
- Working with plywood equipment (band saws and tooling);
- Quality control;
- Maintenance of a clean workplace at all times; and
- Contribution to continuous improvement.

2. Warehouse logistics including receiving, storing and preparing orders. Responsibilities will include:

- Inbound Receipting
- Picking
- Outwards Processing
- Inventory Control
- Warehouse management for multiple stock items

**Skills and Experience -**
- At least 1 years previous experience in a warehouse environment managing multiple stock lines
- Forklift licence ideal
- Must always hold a valid and unrestricted drivers licence
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet seasonal business demands
- Desire for a high level of accuracy and an eye for detail
- Have a solid history of being a reliable employee
- Have a can do attitude and zeal for continuous improvement
- Capable of working independently once trained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heidelberg West VIC 3081: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
