**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to ensure our assets are always functioning effectively and efficiently, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. In this rewarding role you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling the day to day management of work orders, invoicing and contractor management across our 540 sites nationally.

Reporting into the Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Administering preventative maintenance schedules and raising discretionary work orders
- Coordinate the assessment and payment of vendor invoices
- Support with the maintenance of trades and services including HVAC, food equipment, plumbing, alarms, and waste management
- Manage contractors and suppliers providing operations and maintenance services
- Provide real time updates and reports to the operation team on outstanding maintenance issues
- Assist with managing certification and SH&E requirements for contractors
- P&L management of both Opex and Capex
- Ability to develop and create reports to monitor and manage contractor KPI and spend
