The primary purpose of this role is to assist and promote the overall operational performance of the float centre.

As a client centric organisation, it is important that the Float Attendant is a brand ambassador for City Cave, such that all services are delivered according to the mission statement.
- Ensure effective and efficient centre operations.
- Provide excellence in customer service.
- Stock control reporting is completed and delivered to management.
- Lead by example to deliver City Cave’s mission statement.
- Any other reasonable requests/directions as requested by the Centre Manager or Assistant Manager
- Assist the team in liaising with local businesses to maximise our exposure with key stakeholders and promote City Cave in the local community.
- Effective diary management.
- Responding to customer enquiries.

Compliance with the delegation of and personal delegated tasks relating to:

- Daily and weekly cleaning scheduling and reporting.
- General cleanliness and upkeep and preparation of the facilities, treatment rooms.
- Water chemistry testing and treatment.
- The washing and cleanliness of centre reusables for customer and clients (tea and coffee, cutlery, crockery).
- Maintain functional internal staff/contractor relationships.
- Compliance with all Company mandated administrative systems (commercial, HR, Safety, etc.).
- Preparation of linen.

**Experience Required**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience within a client centric health and wellness orientated environment is highly desirable.
- Experience in delivering customer service excellence.
- Management and staff administration experience.
- Management of maintenance and cleaning schedules within a health or hospitality business.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding level of computer literacy and diary management.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.

**Qualifications**

Vocational Level business administration orientated qualifications are highly desirable and/or significant demonstrated experience working in Supervisory and autonomously in a client facing business, ideally within the health and wellness sector.

Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate is required or a willingness to acquire.
