**Description**:
We are looking for a new Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our People and Performance am. Our mission is to support our best asset, our People and we are looking for a Health and Safety professional who is just as passionate about Safety as the overall Wellbeing of our workforce.

Our well-established family-owned organisation is split across multiple branch locations in South Australia and Western Victoria and as a centralised Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor your role will see you operate across our branch network reporting on incidents, managing work cover claims & our return-to-work program, implementing new health and safety policies & procedures and promoting improved wellbeing awareness across our organisation.

Some of the key qualities and areas of experience we are looking for include:
Proven experience within a similar Health and Safety role
Cert IV in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)
Experience working in a Commercial environment with a pragmatic approach.
Previous experience in the development of preventive strategies to minimise health and safety risks in the workplace
Strong knowledge of relevant WHS legislation, guidelines and WHS management practices.
Strong communication and influential skills
Experience in the administration and coordination of Workcover claims
Flexibility for Travel and ability to work autonomously

Experience in Agriculture machinery environment with a diversified and distributed workforce would be highly regarded.
