You will liaise with residents, families, and medical professionals, and are encouraged to initiate and participate in innovative project. The Clinical Lead/Manager is responsible for providing efficient and effective management of all resident care and wellbeing. The Clinical Lead/Manager ensures effective documentation of care and service, meeting legal requirements and maximizing financial outcomes. As the Clinical Lead/Manager you will be responsible for, in consultation with the Residence Manager, developing, implementing and evaluating the clinical/care service components of the strategic plan and work around our values and relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age.

**About yourself**:

- Have a genuine interest in and respect for the unique personality, history, and values of our clients
- Possess a compassionate, caring, and supportive nature
- Proven experience at a senior nursing/management level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent clinical documentation practice
- In depth understanding and experience with ACFI
- Be committed in ongoing clinical excellence
- Demonstrated strong customer service ethos and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Display a relationship centered approach to care and supervision
- Great understanding of care planning, goal setting and evaluation documentation
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current police check

Aged care experience is essential - whilst you require a relevant qualification in nursing, we are looking for the right people to join us and build personally meaningful relationships with our residents, their families, and your colleagues.
