Do you have proven experience in Installation, Service & Warranty Coordination or Management?
Bring this experience to our client's business, where you will be responsible for all stock, coordination of warranty & repair works, customer installations, and demonstrated experience of working to prerequisite timeframes and budgets.
Initially, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring assistance in organising installation or having product warranty issues.
Within the role, you will have regular communication with the Product Development & Quality Assurance team regarding warranty trends, costings, and recommended improvements.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate pre-delivery work through to warranty repairs and required staffing allocations, stock on hand, and communication of progress to all parties
- Experience with updating and accurate Scope of Works & Standard Operating Procedures
- Focus on the budgets, costings, improvements and efficiencies
- Suggest, improve, track or implement systems & procedures to communicate product pre-delivery ETA’s to other key departments
- Team player and cohesive style to work alongside warehouse teams with maintaining stock integrity
- Collaborative networker to further develop key partnerships with installers, customers and manage a seamless and profitable installation process
- Compliance-focused approach to WHS, your team, trades and partners (reviewing required qualifications, licences, insurances or certifications to carry out works)
- Play a key role in ordering components for installation, pre-delivery, and warranty work.
**About You**:
- Preferrable at least 2 years of management, coordination or organisational skills in similar role
- Excellent data analysis skillsets, along with professional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach
- Desire to follow systems, procedures, business objectives and meet budgets & timelines
- Attention to detail with good time management skills
- Willingness to work from alternate locations if required and hold an unrestricted motor vehicle licence
- An ability to build strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (you may be tested on this)
- CIN7 Inventory Management knowledge
