In the role of a **Consultant**, you will join the **Marketing Performance Management team**.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Execute the vision and roadmap for our measurement and reporting capability that encompasses the new MarTech capabilities.
- Communicate, embed and educate measurement and engagement processes to simplify reporting for all the stakeholders.
- Gather & document requirements for any request from marketing stakeholders.
- Prioritise and maintain product backlog working closely with various teams and stakeholders to define what needs to be built in the form of epics, features and stories.
- Work face-to-face with product owners and marketers’ running workshops, gathering and analysis requirements and presenting / showcasing the product regularly with key stakeholders and executives across Australia.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Proven experience working in marketing with a proven background in analytical techniques that measure marketing performance.
- Strong knowledge in marketing measurement and attribution techniques across 1:1 experimental design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills required to convey complex analytical approaches and processes in simple manner to non-technical audiences.
- Agile mindset and ways of working.
