Our Library Services team are looking for energetic, passionate, customer-focused people to join our team at Campbelltown City Council, to provide exceptional customer service to our community by utilizing their communication, technology and community engagement skills.

The Community Learning and Library Services Team focuses on delivering innovative and responsive services to our community. **About the roles**:
**_ Library Assistant_**
- 1 x Full time -35 hours per week
- 1 x Part time - 19 hours per week including weekends
- 1 x Part time - 14 hours per week

**_Visitor and Library services Assistant_**
- Casual opportunities

Library Assistants play a pivotal role in the delivery of services and programs to the community. If you are passionate about customer service and working in a team and enjoy a busy and varied environment, we would like to hear from you. Our Casual Visitor and Library Assistants are vital in delivering excellent information services to our community and visitors to Campbelltown through the Visitor Information Centre and Libraries.
- Completed HSC or equivalent
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, communicating with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- High level technology and computer skills
- Strong capacity to develop additional skills and adapt to changes affecting the library service and visitor experience.
- Cleared Working With Children Check.

These roles will include evening shifts and weekend shifts as rostered.
