Busy gift store with 4 outlets requires a experienced Bookkeeper who would like super flexible working arrangements and can efficiently run our payroll & accounts payable as well as assisting in various Administrative duties as directed.
This position requires someone who relishes keeping a well run office with quick follow up of outstanding issues and is able to prioritise the daily workflow.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Proficiency with MYOB Account Right
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- High organisation levels with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and self motivate
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the accounts payable
- Payment of monthly invoices
- Follow up on discrepancies
- Bank reconciliation
- Keeping employee records up to date
- Maintain / improve systems and procedures
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
