We have carefully selected extra-curricular activities and created Endeavour Academy, our school readiness program, to achieve our mission.

Catering for children from 1 - 5 years of age, we are currently seeking an experienced and outstanding **ECT, Diploma or CIII **Qualified **Room Leaders** for our **Toddler** and **Pre-School** rooms. In an extremely supportive and nurturing team environment, these roles will see you lead by example and truly develop your leadership skills.

**The Position**

You will utilise your passion for Early Education to provide a rich and creative program for the Toddler room with the support of your team members.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to form strong, positive relationships with families and staff members.

As the Room Leader you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with families and children, as well as overseeing the rooms curriculum and keeping meaningful documentation of children's' learning.

You must be able to meet our centre opening hours availability, Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 6:30pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
