We are exclusively partnering with a
**Tier 1 Mining Asset Owner** to source an experienced
**Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) Scheduler**
***to provide planning & scheduling initiatives across the
**HME fleet** on a Northern Queensland Mine.

This is a client-side opportunity, operating on
**FIFO engagement that can be negotiated** between the successful applicant and the client offering
**great lifestyle flexibility.**

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Scheduling preventative maintenance activities
- Collating work management data for review and identification of improvement actions
- Interpreting and reporting work management metrics to highlight key areas of impact; identifying opportunities to optimise schedule work, schedule compliance, backlog and availabilities
- Fostering a culture of zero harm and continuous improvement

**About You**:

- Proven experience as a Scheduler in a heavy industry environment, with sound understanding of maintenance management principles and work management systems
- Highly motivated, with a commitment to continuous improvement of the performance of the on-site Mobile Mining Assets
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills in addition to being an excellent team player
- previous experience working in a Technical HME role is desirable
