Our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of **Tweed** is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated **Assistant Sales Manager** to join our team. We provide 'Exceptional Customer Experience to Everyone Every day

**What we are looking for**:

- Extensive experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success
- A 'DRIVEN' personality with a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for cars and people
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of motor dealership systems
- Conflict resolution skills
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- Current drivers licence

**What the role entails**:

- Achieve long and short term sales, gross and profit objectives
- Assist Sales Manager to ensure that all CRM scores are at benchmark or better
- Ensure the Sales process is being closely monitored and controlled
- Keep Dealer Sockets diary up to date. Prospecting potential new clients through telephone and other marketing techniques
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales to delivery process.
- On every occasion ensure that all interactions by the dealership are of the highest standard, both internally and externally
