Currently, we're in search of Disability Support Workers who have a range of experience including supporting participants with complex behaviours and health care in a SIL environment. As a valued member of our team, you'll receive support for your personal growth while aiding our clients with daily tasks and helping them achieve their goals.

**What matters to us**:

- Clear spoken English due to participant comprehension skills
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility and reliability to accommodate varying schedules and client needs including working 8-10 hour shifts or overnight roster.
- Previous experience in the Disability sector
- Experience working with manual handling and tube feeding routines as well as personal care a bonus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possession of a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance (yellow card) and Working With Children clearance (Blue Card)
- Valid Driver's License and fully insured vehicle available for transport
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Experience working with complex mental health and diabetes

Pay: $32.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
