We require a driven operator who can deliver consistent personal and departmental results and customer service that is second to none. You will be an experienced professional who loves cars... have good basic mechanical knowledge, good computer skills & know how to put a deal together with a natural flair for sales, customer & colleague relations alike.

You can lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a wholeIn short, you will be across all opportunities and responsible for the department's results ensuring our continued success well into the future.

**Qualifications**
The successful applicant will have..
- Significant** pre-owned vehicle sales management** **experience** & proven history of success.
- ** Full drivers licence.**:

- Exceptional mature attitude, positive mindset, a "can do" attitude with a willingness to succeed as a key figure of the senior management team working alongside the general manager & dealer principal.
- The ability and openness to follow a well-constructed blueprint for success while motivating and supporting your sales team - leading by example daily.
- A good understanding of the prestige-preowned vehicle market and good general basic mechanical knowledge.
- Exceptional presentation, keen eye for detail, a good understanding of the importance of world class facility and inventory merchandising, maintenance & presentation.
- The ability to multitask, thrive under pressure and time constraints, work autonomously as well as a part of a close-knit team while utilising the latest tech, computer systems and apps.
