How you will make an impact

An exciting opportunity exists for an Orderly to work within the Medical Imaging department at Cabrini Malvern.

We offer a supportive and challenging environment where the team work closely together to achieve the best patient outcomes and deliver a high standard of care. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is willing to work on a casual basis (weekends) with initiative and energy to work and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
- Transporting patients, equipment and courier items around the hospital- Providing support and assistance, under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other clinical staff- Offering a high level of customer service to patients, visitors and staff- Contributing to the team, cooperating and communicating- Performing cleaning duties & maintains cleanliness of equipment

About you

We are seeking previous experience as an orderly, or from a similar work environment. You will also have the following:
- Availability to work on weekends- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team- Experience in the Medical Imaging setting preferred- Ability to take direction well- Sound communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
