Office Supervisor

**About the Role**

An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Office Supervisor to join us on a **full-time** basis, based at our clinic in **Malvern**. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for their next challenge or wanting to take their career to the next level within a fast-paced environment.

**You Will Have**
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- A background in medical imaging would be preferred but is not essential
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with patients, referrers, and teammates
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Solid organisational and time management skills is essential
- High level of computer literacy
- Knowledge of Medicare rules and legislation will be highly regarded
