About Goodstart Ballajura
We are situated on a quiet street close to local schools and shops and our car park is at the front of the centre making it easy for you to get to work and local amenities
You'll be joining an established service which has been operational for more than 14 years, educating and caring for many children in the community who eventually move from our care to the local schools
As Educational Leader you'll work with our Educators to provide a welcome space each morning allowing children feel welcomed into the centre
You'll take prode in your environment and ensure each room is a calm, relaxing, child friendly space enhanced with elements of nature. We aim at engaging children through the purposeful set up of play stations across our environments maximising children’s outcomes for learning and their opportunity to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.

You’ll need
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current WA Working with Children Check
