This service is every Coordinators dream An existing service with an average afternoon attendance of **20 children**, you’ll have your own **dedicated OSHC room** - **NO pack up/down** With regular children in attendance and a great school relationship, this is a service you can come in to and easily grow and make your own. This is a **permanent part-time** opportunity offering** 34 hours per week** including 4 non-contact administration hours. You will work across our Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program) and After School Care (Stay and Play Program) shifts:
- Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program): 6:30am - 8:45am, Monday to Friday
- After School Care (Stay and Play Program): 2:15pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
**About the role**
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
**Who are we looking for?**
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
- Australian work rights
