We are recruiting PTE trainees, where you will receive qualified wages, with on-the-job training, to complete a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Our client, a well-established home and community care organisation is seeking new team members to join their local team in local Ryde, Chatswoord, Lane Cove, Epping, and the surrounding area, within 20-minutes.

No experience or qualification is required, as we will be training you on the job, in a Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015). If successful, you will be assisting the elderly and those returning home from the hospital, in their homes, with their daily lifestyle and activities.

We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new clients requiring services, with the expansion of community aged care services.

We are recruiting for part-time Community Support Worker roles, you will be offered a minimum of 15 hours (guaranteed), but can work up to 35 hours a week.

Whilst you start your career as a Community Support Worker, you can complete socialisation and domestic tasks, and as you progress you will receive training in additional services, such as personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting), respite, catheter care, and much more

- Ability to pass a National Police Check (we will get this for you)
- Ability to gain a Working with Children's Card
- Have a current NSW driver's licence
- Have a reliable and registered vehicle
- Have 3rd party car insurance
- Have regular availability, i.e. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm, 9:00am to 3:00pm, etc

Shifts are available Monday to Friday (to begin with), requiring a minimum of 3-days per week.

You can choose to work anytime from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and anytime in between. Monday to Friday.

You will be visiting (clients - ageing clients ONLY) in their homes and supporting them with services, which may include:

- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Transportation
- To & from Medical Appointments
- Personal Care
- Grooming
- Social Activities
- Respite
