We are currently looking for Casual Community Support Workers to join our team of support service professionals and help make a difference in our client's lives in **Ryde NSW** and Surrounds, areas include but are not limited to**:Parramatta, Ermington, Gladesville & Rodds Point**.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 1:1 quality support and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behavior
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Manager
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding locations

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.

**Employment Conditions**:

- Full Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003 - Provide first aid)
- Working With Children Check (NSW) Or NDIS Workers Check
- National Police Certificate or NDIS Workers Check
- Android or iOS compatible smartphone
- COVID19 Vaccinations including Booster

Successful applicants must be able to supply evidence of compliance with any Public Health Orders applicable, including evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination & Booster

**What We Offer**:

- Rate of $36.39 - $39.71 per hour (Inclusive of 25% Casual Loading) pending experience and qualifications.
- Rosters set 4-6 weeks in advance.

- Buddy shifts & detailed handovers prior to commencing allocated shifts.
