**ABOUT THE JOB**
Are you ready to take the next step in your career in seafood processing? We’re looking for a Production Team Leader that has a strong safety mindset and leads by example to ensure the smooth running of our Batemans Bay processing facility.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Workplace Safety - you will be committed to the safety of our production employees by ensuring the WHS strategy is understood by production workers and operating procedures are followed.
- Operational - you will work with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of the production department. This includes managing production schedules, safety requirements and quality standards; providing direction and leadership to production floor staff; coordinating rosters; prioritising stock allocations and customer orders; monitoring product quality; opening oysters, and; supporting the Operations Manager with logistics and operational efficiencies.

Please note that occasional intrastate travel to the Sydney Processing Facility and AOC farm sites is a requirement of this role.

**ABOUT YOU**
