**About the role**

As part of the Trade Counter team in Ravenhall, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

**Your day-to-day**

A typical day involves:

- Safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles
- Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration (process of credit claims and replenishment)
- Accurate receipting, checking and locating of goods into the Branch.
- Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
- Embracing the Reece Group values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member

**We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who**:

- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
- Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
- Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office
- Forklift license is preferred
