**Role related tasks**:

- Assist to the personal care and daily living needs of people we support.
- Provide opportunities for active participation, connection and contribution for the participants within their home and local community.
- Contribute to a high quality of life alongside people we support.
- Contribute to written documentation as required and within a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Willingness to participate in ongoing learning and training
- Hold and maintain a current unrestricted motor vehicle license.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Have the required education or experience.
- Willing to submit to Criminal History Screening.
- Our workers will be required to provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status if required by Public Health Direction.
