**About This Role**:
We are looking for people who can adapt well with change and who can demonstrate initiative to proactively support our students, effectively communicate with academic and other essential stakeholders in the organisation.
You will be a multi-tasker, someone who can manage their workload in a fast-paced environment and above all a team player
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Liaise with College Departments and external service providers
- Provide advice to students and staff and/or facilitate referral to College and student welfare services
- Provide first aid officer for the college in compliance with building safety and security systems.
- Manage maintenance requests, ordering of stationery, mail coordination, meeting organisation, catering and parking where required
- Carry out event support tasks including room configuration, catering liaison & provision of refreshments, event signage and delegate registration for meetings and other functions held at the City Campus
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Demonstrated conflict resolutions skills
- Record Management and Data entry for new and existing enrolments
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills, ability to generate reports
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional time management skills
- Initiative and ability to undertake analysis tasks pertaining to student data
