**Calliope Family Services PTY Ltd **is a provider of disability and home care in the Melbourne area. We provide quality home care support plans to suit each individual, ensuring dignity, integrity and respect to our valued clients. We're looking to hire casual support workers who are able to work in both West and South East Melbourne.

- Flexible schedule We offer a variety of services with shifts in the morning, afternoon, overnight, and weekends. Shifts range from 3 to 11 hours to fit your needs.

**About You**:
We are looking for passionate support workers who want to assist people to live as independently as possible. You'll connect with each of your clients with your:

- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence
- Positive outlook

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma in Disability Studies or Diploma in Community Services or Certificate III or IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention
- Similar qualification to the above

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- Current Covid Vaccination
- Current Police Check
- Manual Handling Training
- Assist with Medication Training
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Education**:

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
