**Job Description** The Role**

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this hands-on role is integral in leading the night front office team. You will be responsible overseeing the hotel operations during the night and coordinating all hotel services such as front of house, food and beverage, housekeeping and engineering.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain current knowledge of all security and emergency procedures and manage the instigation of such procedures as required
- Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings.
- Checking in and out guests as required as well as respond to guest enquires, complaints and requests in a timely manner and to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of all guests during your shift

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and well-respected leader with a passion for delivering outstanding results for the Hotel.

You will also have:

- Previous experience in a Manager/ Night Manager role, preferably within a luxury environment
- An energetic and proactive approach to providing magnifique service
- A meticulous and methodical approach to processing all tasks
- An effective communicator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel
- Experience with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) preferably Opera.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment

Working 11.00pm to 7.00am, five nights per week, you will be required to work weekends and holiday periods on a rotating roster.
