There has never been a more exciting time to join BONDS, as we are on the lookout for a Recruitment Advisor to come on-board join our Group Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of retail management roles in our BONDS AUS & NZ portfolio. You will be supported in this portfolio by a Recruitment Coordinator who will oversee & manage our store sales assistant vacancies.

What experience do I have?
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Advisor or TA Coordinator role.
- Energy and drive, tenacity and resilience - you enjoy high volume recruitment
- Creativity
- Business partnering
- you enjoy consulting and collaborating with hiring managers
- You are excited to use your strong influencing skills to achieve desirable outcomes
- Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred but not essential
- You enjoy leadership and have had experiencing leading and/or mentoring others
- You are a natural and confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, can talk to anyone and isn't shy of getting up and presenting in-front of groups
- Proven multi-tasking capabilities and superb organisational skills
