HR Administrator

**Description**:
We are currently seeking HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR Team through various HR related tasks such as HR related correspondence in recruitment, onboarding and inductions, staff events & rewards and recognition.

**The role**:
Managing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into a Delta employee through the onboarding program and induction.
Ensure the department organises and maintains personnel records, updating of databases and personal records.
Assist in the revision and circulation of HR policies and procedures.
First point of contact for HR related matter.
Administration support to the department.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Strong verbal communication skills on the phone and in-person as the first point of contact, with the ability to liaise with external and internal customers.
Good organisational and time management skills, deal with deadlines and evolving priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Willingness to obtain a HR qualification
