This nation-building project will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
We're looking for a Planning and Scheduling Manager to join our Snowy 2.0 team project team, to lead the planning and scheduling function and drive the schedule, project timelines and integrated schedule management.
This role requires leadership and stakeholder engagement experience to collaborate with the construction teams and meet our program objectives. This role will drive efficiencies and enhancements in the program schedules.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Leading the Integrated Planning Team and Contractor to verify and validate all data and configured information.

Collaborating with construction managers and onsite teams to validate, assure, and cross-check the ground performance and delivery.

Supporting construction teams on lean planning and validation of L5/L6 planning.

Leading analysis, data and reporting from primary Programme - Primavera P6.

Assuring along with Project Controls team time, costs, and value reporting.

Supporting the governance team by overseeing the validation of dashboard data from platforms in HSE and Quality pillars.

Responsibility for the timeliness of initiatives within the Programme to support Project Acceleration initiatives.

Working closely with the Project Risk function to model to impact risks and opportunities into the programme.

Leading, managing, coaching and developing team members to deliver project objectives.

**We're looking for someone with**:
Proven experience in leading a planning and scheduling function in a mega construction project.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Civil or Electrical Engineering.

Experience in a hydro project would be advantageous.

Demonstrated knowledge of schedule management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills including report writing and oratory skills.

Strong Office Suite, industry planning and reporting platform experience would be an advantage e.g. Oracle Suite or Deltek, BIM software's.
