requirements
- Have experience **on-demand Handmade** **rolls, Nigiri, and Sashimi** in store and for takeaway.
- Availability Friday night
- cleaning sushi station and kitchen
- ensure high standards for customer orders

Full-day duties are 10 am - 9 pm with break 2:30-4:00, expected to do Friday nights, working hours are 20-30 with flexibility of days.
we will teach additional exotic sushi.

20 min from City, Chatswood and Eastwood, available parking spot.

**Salary**:27-30 +11% super
