**About the Alternative**

Launching in 2024, the Alternative is a South Australian program changing how people begin their careers.

AGA is The Alternative’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Delivery Partner and are responsible for the assessment, selection and recruitment of graduates into the program. AGA, is a community-based, not-for-profit company with over 40 years’ experience growing the skilled workforce of tomorrow. AGA specialises in recruitment, mentoring, retention, performance support, training management, and employee wellbeing.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide first-level support for issues relating to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN, RDP, and remote desktop tools.
- Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve issues; escalate unresolved issues to the MSP partner or internal escalation points.
- Maintain and update IT incident and request records within the ticketing system.
