**The Role**

We are looking for a reliable and experienced support worker to assist a teenager with ASD. Your role will focus on morning and after-school routines, including personal care, safety supervision, and creating a calm, structured environment. You must be a clear communicator, dependable under pressure, and confident in using initiative. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

**Shifts**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:00am-9:00am and/or 3:00pm-5:00pm
- Monday, Tuesday or Friday, 12:00pm-3:00pm

**About You**
- Previous experience with **ASD** is highly valued
- Reliable, organised, and proactive problem-solver
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- National Police Check
- Current driver’s license and insured vehicle
