Proven high level ability to successfully lead, coach and inspire diverse, professional teams in an environment of competing priorities and needs with finite resources.
Demonstrated high level knowledge and detailed understanding of ambulance and health service delivery and the issues impacting on the health care system statewide.
Demonstrated ability to utilise multiple and complex information and communication technology (ICT) systems, including the ability to navigate through multiple clinical and clerical systems simultaneously.
Demonstrated high level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational performance data and make a significant contribution to real time service delivery, as well as the review and implementation of work practices to drive performance improvement.
Proven highly developed ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, consult and collaborate to build and maintain productive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and to positively advocate and achieve desired outcomes for the QAS.
Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.
