**About The Role**

As the Digital Media Manager, your role is pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving audience across various digital platforms. You will be involved in developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies, managing media partner relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead the development, planning and coordinate the execution of innovative digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage a diverse audience
- Manage digital campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are executed seamlessly, meet all objectives, and adhere to budget constraints
- Manage media partner relationships, ensuring productive and strategic collaborations that benefit our digital campaigns
- Manage the campaign briefing and response to brief process, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment with our digital strategy
- Manage campaign and media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximisation of return on investment
- Work with agencies to plan media spend strategically across digital and traditional platforms to achieve optimal reach, engagement and conversion
- Evaluate new digital media and traditional forms of media, staying ahead of industry trends and incorporating innovative solutions into our media strategy
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to media strategy and execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand, Digital and Analytics, to integrate media activities and campaign in to the customer buying journey
- Champion media performance, ensuring excellence across all media channels and campaigns
- Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies to keep G'day Group at the forefront of the industry

**Your Experience**

You will have tertiary qualifications in Media, Public Relations or a relevant field. You will have commercial experience within a similar role using contemporary tools and a solid background in digital background. You will have proven ability to manage workload autonomously, with a structured and proactive approach to project management.

You will have a strong understanding of connections planning/full funnel planning, digital formats, measurements, and web analytics combined with financial and analytical acumen to develop and track relevant KPIs and manage budgets.

You will possess a high level of energy, self-motivation, autonomy, initiative, and flexibility to be successful in meeting the business demands at G’day Group. Your naturally upbeat and open style will fit our cultural values. You will have a highly organised mindset with the ability to assess the urgency of work allocated to you by various stakeholders.
