**How will I help?**

The **Technology Domain Owner, Process Transformation** is a key role in the Corporate Institutional Banking Line of Business (LOB) technology team and is accountable for end-to-end service management, change delivery, risk management and financials for their team (village). As the Technology Domain Owner, Process Transformation you will support the business village with operating model principles including quarterly business funding initiatives (QBR), Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and strategic priorities. You will also partner with the senior stakeholders across Corporate Institutional BankingLOB and Group Tech to drive and implement the Technology strategy, setting a clear vision and strategy and communicating 'the story' well to key stakeholders and the rest of the village.

**This role is responsible for**:
Accountable for end-to-end technology landscape for the process transformation village witihin corporate institutional bank technology area including service management, risk, delivery, resources and financials. Provide guidance to key LOB business stakeholders to foster the right standard of engagement, communication (and management of expectations), issue management and ultimately satisfaction with the activities of GroupTech through the following mechanisms:
Strategy and Planning:

- Partner with the senior stakeholders across Corporate Institutional BankingLOB and Group Tech to drive and implement the Technology strategy
- Setting a clear vision and strategy, communicate 'the story' well to key stakeholders and the rest of the village
- Ensure that architectural principles and roadmap for Corporate Institutional Banking**, **Process Transformationare maintained through all planning and change activities

Risk Management:

- Actively manage the technology risk profile ensuring the activities of the village remain within risk appetite and driving resolution of existing issues, risk and incidents
- In conjunction with Risk, identify risks associated with technology services, ensure they are captured in business risk maps and develop mitigating solutions with associated costs and benefits to allow the business to make informed risk management decisions and ensure residual technology risk is within acceptable levels.

Service Management:

- Partner with the Service Management team and Suppliers to ensure systems stability, pro-active lifecycle management and transparent reporting
- Actively drive continuous improvement activities working in partnerships with change delivery and Service Management teams to progress backlog

Change Delivery:

- Structure, plan and execute major project activities, ensuring efficient and quality execution, on-budget/schedule delivery and full realisation of expected benefits.
- Support the Head of Technology, Corporate Institutional Banking to actively manage demand to ensure it's appropriately prioritised, funded, resourced and aligned with the LOB and GroupTech strategy
- Taking accountability for service/product decisions in the fast-paced environment
- Managing village dependencies with other capability teams and/or villages, with a focus on driving collaboration
- Serve as an escalation point for Technology Service Owners (squad leads)
- Actively manage supplier/3rd party partners and vendors

People Management:

- Build a highly engaged workforce through role modelling Westpac's leadership standard and fostering the same standard of leadership down through the organisation
- People leadership accountabilities, including developing strategic workforce plans and developing village capability and a higher and more consistent standard of maturity in conjunction with the Head of Technology
