**Your new opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for a well-travelled, enthusiastic individual where you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to internal and external corporate clients, across portfolios of entertainment, sporting and corporate clients including group travel. In addition, you will:

- Plan and book internal and external client’s domestic & international corporate travel requirements.
- Offer professional advice and recommendations to ensure the clients expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Manage all aspects of client relationships throughout their enquiry/booking.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively foster effective interaction and positive working relationships with team member and internal/external stakeholders.

**About you**

You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. You’re passionate about travel and want to make a difference.

For this role, we’re also looking for:

- Certificate in Travel and Tourism or 2 years equivalent experience in Travel.
- Experience in corporate, retail or wholesale travel consulting.
- Extensive GDS knowledge - We use Amadeus
- Sound knowledge of destinations, travel products and attractions.
- Passion for travel and customer service and building relationships to establish a strong client database.
- Proven ability in working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs and cross-selling products.
